DEFINITIONS
The “service provider”:

The “SUP activities”:
Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) activities including:
- Stand Up Paddleboard lessons
- Stand Up Paddleboard tours
- Stand Up Paddleboard yoga classes
- Rental of Stand Up Paddleboard equipment
- Stand Up Paddleboard events
- Demonstration of Stand Up Paddleboard equipment
- Transport to and from the SUP activities
The “equipment”:
Stand Up Paddleboard, Paddle, Leash
The “participants”:
The person, and all children in your care, using the service and equipment supplied by the service provider.
GENERAL
All participants understand and acknowledge that SUP activities are dangerous and that there are inherent risks which may result in serious injury to yourself and members of your family. Additionally, water/waves/ocean can act in a sudden and unpredictable way.
All participants must be able to swim.
All participants must declare if they have any medical or physical conditions that would affect your participation in SUP activities.
Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
All participants are aware that SUP activities are weather dependent. SUP activities may be cancelled or rescheduled due to dangerous weather, for example thunderstorms and strong winds.
All participants must not drink alcohol or take prohibited drugs before or during SUP activities.
All participants agree to provide a complete and unconditional release of all liability of the service provider and its employees and agents in the event of them and/or the children under their care, suffering injury or death.
All participants authorise the service provider to arrange medical or hospital treatment as necessary and they agree to pay for all associated costs.
PAYMENT
Full payment must be received prior to the SUP activity taking place.
Payment in cash on the day is preferred. Arrangements may be made to collect payment by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal prior to the SUP activity.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Participants must notify the service provider by phone or email more than 24 hours prior to the SUP activity if they wish to cancel or rebook their SUP activity without incurring a cancellation fee.
Within 24 hours of the SUP activity, no shows and late arrivals: Participants forfeit their SUP activity and are not entitled to a refund.
In the event of a SUP activity being cancelled by the service provider due to bad weather or other factors, the participant may rebook at a later date. Refunds are not possible.
Bad weather is considered as strong wind conditions, thunderstorms, or squalls. Lessons/Hires are not cancelled due to rainy conditions unless it is deemed unsafe to commence.
MISSED BOOKINGS
In the event of a SUP activity being missed the voucher or payment for that activity becomes null or void. No refunds or cancellation procedures may apply.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for three months from the date of purchase. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the recipient to book and complete the lesson/hire/course within the three month voucher period.
Participants may transfer gift vouchers to a third party if they have not already scheduled their SUP activity.
Lost lesson and gift vouchers may be redeemed if proof of purchase can be shown. The service provider reserves the right to refuse a replacement.
DAMAGES
Any equipment damage is payable by the participant or the parent/guarding of any persons under 18 years.
When renting a board for 1 day or longer a security deposit may be required and personal details must be provided on pick up or delivery of equipment.
In the case of a participant causing damage to public property or personal items of others, the participants are therefore liable to pay damages to the other party.
